Latch Little Baby accepts cash, check, and credit card payments for self pay visits. Your balance is due on or before the day of service.  You can also use your Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

If you are a self pay client, you will receive a Superbill after your consult which will detail the services provided to you as well as the insurance codes and the cost of the visit. You as the client are responsible for submitting the Superbill to your insurance company in order to request reimbursement. You can contact your insurance company prior to our consult to ask what your policy covers for breastfeeding support and counseling. You can also ask about submitting a Superbill and how to go about doing so after seeing an out-of-network provider.

I will provide you with all of the information you need in order to seek reimbursement but it will be your responsibility to submit directly to your insurance company.
